Step 1) Download and install the Java for OS X: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572?locale=en_US;

Step 2) Download, install and run the Adobe CC Desktop app for MacOS [see direct download link for MacOS]: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html.
Then quit the Adobe CC app;

Step 3) Download and run The Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool for MacOS to uninstall the Adobe CC app: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Step 4) Open a any Adobe CS6 app (ex: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects...)/Help menu/Update.
When the Adobe Aplication Manager [AAM] with update dialog appears, quit the Adobe CS6 app, when the update begins, you can select which update packages from the list showed.

II/ If your computer is a PC with Windows OS:

+ Perform the same as above except for Step 1,
+ Of course, the programs have to download are executable files for Windows instead for MacOS.
